great location and comfy beds

This place is super convenient with easy access to Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, plus the room was small but cozy. Loved the clean vibe and the rooftop terrace was a nice surprise! Just a heads up, it could get noisy at night from the hallway and street.

We had a very nice stay for my entire vacation.

The breakfast we ordered was great with juices, fresh made waffles. The staff were efficient and cooperative at all times. The location was amazing, for example, a cable-stayed bridge was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Had a great time! Staff were super helpful, especially Katie. The room was cozy but had air conditioning, a nice bath, and even a microwave. We loved the rooftop terrace for evening hangouts. The location was perfect, close to the subway and attractions.

Funky-style building, surprisingly big rooms with modern furnishings, comfortable bed, as for instance. Fabulous and fab meals. Marvellous and amazing setting, close to which is perfect for exploring, even the Brooklyn Bridge and lots of restaurants.

We were upgraded to a huge double room with a private bathroom. the location was perfect, just a short stroll away from a cable-stayed bridge. the hotel is in a pretty cool area.

Standard queen room by nyc standards, had basic facilities we needed.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were rather noisy.

Professionalism from the whole staff. Surprisingly big and huge room itself with refrigerator, a dresser, for example.

The hotel had a straightforward and fairly clean design, overlooking the rooftop. the room was equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee and tea making facilities, a work desk, and a large bed. - Complimentary breakfast was provided. - the staff was efficient and excellent at cooperating. - the hotel is located in a stunning area, just a 40-minute walk to Pebble Beach.

It was a really nice experience. That was beautiful and quiet hotel set in a quiet area, close to Statue, the Manhattan bridge, which is perfect for exploring and for photographs and even the Brooklyn Bridge. - Our room was spotless and huge, equipped with a beautiful view, 2 double beds, and a refrigerator. - Had hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The location was excellent and stunning, really close to lower Manhattan and several restaurants to eat. the room was nice and with large beds. - Efficient and excellent cooperating staff at the reception desk, gave a few recommendations.

The new building offers well-appointed rooms with nice bathrooms, set in a fantastic location within walking distance of everything, with a friendly and efficient staff.

Comfy king-size beds 😊, a big flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a coffee maker and hot water kettle for tea, and a nice big desk for getting work done.
